Surely you will ask yourself how I chose the title of my website. Well, beginning with the word truth will catch the necessary viewer attention, the idea being to find only the truth on these pages, and nothing more than the truth.
I only tried
e-books and based on my experience I can report and support the truth, which
the other authors have described in their e-books with reference to muslce
development and fat reduction.
Then I realized that in internet forums you only encounter critics.
Because I have my own personal forum on my site, there was different. Since then, I have received hundreds of mails with reporting programs of different people who have had great success and developed unbelievable musculature. A body they always dreamed of, finally became true.
What I want to communicate on my pages is not instruction for a perfect
training. I want to transmit that I saved a lot of time, experience, and effort
to get my actual knowledge with reference to muscle development and fat loss.
Whether the now
training plans or well training programs of Vince Del Monte, Oliver Wolter,
Mike D. Geary or Robert Paulus, all the programs concentrate on training on the
basis of a HIT or HIIT.
With each of these individual programs I am referring to, you have a focused knowledge

And how many in the fat loss time?
Which kind of exercise is perfect for my perfect sixpack?
How many times I´ve to eat per day?
Is a difference between a agencytraining and musclegaintraining?
Do I have to train my abs every day?
And who gives me the answers to all my questions?
With the knowledge
of the e-books of Oliver Wolter and other authors, I always was learning more
during the course of my training,
as my body responded.
