long time.

Step-By-Step Intensive Workout Program as well as an The Advanced 29 Week Step-By-Step Max Power Workout Program useful for everybody who wants to make continuous progress.
In January 2010 I decided to start with the training plan for advanced learner.

After my training with "truth about six pack abs" by Mike Geary, I started The Advanced 29 Week Step-By-Step Max Power Workout Program of “no-nonsense muscle building” by Vince delMonte.
Now the case was growth, growth, growth… 6 meals daily in accordance with the provided alimentation plans, which I had to modify country specific as I work abroad.
In any case a lot of stuff since I wanted to maintain the consumption of nutrition supplement low.
Only an albumen preparation for in between on the regeneration days and the carbohydrates prescribed, before, during and after the training, because simply it is easier to dose these quantities.
With this combination of training and alimentation I got immediately in the first 4 weeks 5 kg more.
Now after a pause of 5 weeks, which was not foreseen, I started again the training with a body weight of 81 kg.
After 13 weeks workout time I reached nearly my goal...87kg!!!!
